Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the website, courses, memberships, AI tools, applications, and services operated by AiPro Institute (“us”, “we”, “our”, or “Institute”).

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions governing your use of the Site and all services provided by AiPro Institute.

“Membership” refers to a recurring subscription plan granting access to specified content, tools, community features, or digital services.“User” (“you”, “your”) refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.

“Content” means text, images, videos, audio, AI-generated outputs, software, code, templates, frameworks, and other materials available through the Service.

“AI Tools” refer to any artificial intelligence systems, automation tools, recommendation engines, content generators, chatbots, or algorithmic systems made available through the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Service. If you are under eighteen (18), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Course Enrollment and Access

3.1 Enrollment Process

To enroll in a Course, you must complete the registration process and pay applicable fees. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 License to Access

Upon purchase, AiPro Institute grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view Course content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred.

3.3 Availability

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue Course content at any time.

For lifetime access purchases (if applicable), “lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Service or the Course’s availability on our platform.

3.4 Digital Delivery Acknowledgment

All Courses and Memberships involve digital content delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access may be granted immediately and that you waive any applicable statutory cooling-off rights to the extent permitted by law.

4. Membership Terms

4.1 Membership Types

We offer various Membership tiers (e.g., Monthly, Annual). Details are described on our pricing page and incorporated herein by reference.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current rate.

4.3 Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify Membership pricing. Any price changes will apply at the next billing cycle, and reasonable notice will be provided.

4.4 Benefits and Access

Access to Member-only content requires an active subscription. If a Membership lapses, access may be revoked immediately.

4.5 Account Sharing Prohibition

Account credentials may not be shared. We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and suspend accounts suspected of unauthorized sharing. No refunds will be granted for violations.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment methods listed at checkout. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5.3 Third-Party Payment Processors

Payments are processed by third-party providers including but not limited to Stripe and Memberful. We are not responsible for errors, downtime, or failures caused by these providers.

5.4 Billing Failures

If payment fails, access may be suspended until successful processing.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

6.1 Course Refunds

All Course purchases are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.. Once you enroll in a Course, whether conducted online or in offline classroom settings, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances. Please review the Course description, schedule, format, and curriculum carefully before making a purchase.

6.2 Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your Membership at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

6.3 Refunds & Payment Processing Fees

6.3.1 Non-Refundable Third-Party Processing Fees 

All payments made to AiPro Institute are processed through third-party payment service providers, including but not limited to Memberful and Stripe.

In the event that a refund is approved, the Member shall acknowledge and agree that:

Payment processing fees charged by third-party providers (including but not limited to percentage-based transaction fees and fixed per-transaction fees) are non-refundable to AiPro Institute; and
Such third-party fees shall be deducted from the refund amount payable to the Member. 

AiPro Institute shall not be liable for absorbing or reimbursing any payment gateway, processing, currency conversion, or transaction fees imposed by third-party service providers.

6.3.2 Refund Calculation Method

Where a refund is granted, the refund amount shall be calculated as:

Original Amount Paid

Less:

Non-refundable payment processing fees (including percentage-based and fixed fees)
Any applicable administrative charges (if stated in the relevant program or service agreement)

The remaining balance shall constitute the refundable amount.

6.3.3 Currency Conversion & Cross-Border Charges

If payment was made in a foreign currency or involved cross-border processing, the Member acknowledges that:

Currency exchange differences may apply;
Cross-border processing fees may be charged;
The refunded amount may differ from the original payment amount due to exchange rate fluctuations and non-refundable third-party fees.

AiPro Institute shall not be responsible for exchange rate losses or additional charges imposed by banks or card issuers.

6.3.4 Chargebacks & Disputes

If a Member initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting AiPro Institute:

AiPro Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Member’s access to all services;
The Member shall be liable for any dispute handling fees, administrative costs, or penalties imposed by payment processors;
Any unpaid fees may be recovered through appropriate legal means.

6.3.5 Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase, the Member acknowledges and agrees that:

Payment processing fees are imposed by independent third parties;
Such fees are outside the control of AiPro Institute;
Approved refunds will exclude non-refundable third-party transaction fees.

AI Tools and outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, business, employment, or professional advice.

7.2 No Accuracy Guarantee

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors. We do not guarantee completeness, reliability, or suitability.

7.3 Independent Judgment

You are solely responsible for evaluating AI outputs before relying on them.

7.4 No Fiduciary Relationship

Use of the Service does not create any advisory, fiduciary, partnership, or agency relationship.

We make no representations or guarantees regarding:

  • Income
  • Revenue generation
  • Business success
  • Employment outcomes
  • SEO rankings
  • Monetisation results

Individual results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Institute Ownership

All proprietary frameworks, AI prompts, course structures, automation systems, templates, and methodologies are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution may result in legal action.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Pro Institute and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Singapore and international treaties.

9.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you post, submit, or display on or through the Service (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing the Service.

Additionally, you may not:

  • Scrape platform data
